I have just seen how many vampony stories their are on fimfiction (unless you already know of the more vague one such as ones without the vampony in their title) and thers only like thirteen the others with vampony in their title are vampony hunter stories

I would assume it is because most of those vampony writers saw one or two that is very successful, in turn tries to play off the success that genre has.
Only to end up to write a weak, rushed story or something.
