So a lot of folks have noticed I haven’t been as active on FimFic lately. The enforced hiatus from COVID and the world going into lockdown kind of threw off my writing groove, and when I started getting back into writing I found that the projects I was interested in lived outside the fandom space. I think it’s probably something that was building up for a while before lockdown, anyone who’s
Synopsis: When one of her apprentice's friend-of-a-friends goes missing, Archmagus Sunset Shimmer doesn't hesitate to get involved. However, what initially appears to be a simple case of a missing child will wind up leading her to a criminal conspiracy and political intrigue at the highest levels of Freeport.
Synopsis: When Twilight Sparkle traveled through time to stop Starlight Glimmer, she had no idea of the wider consequences of their actions. By trying to restore her old world, she was also wiping away the new ones that Starlight's changes to the past had created. Now, the last remnants of those destroyed worlds have come for revenge.
Same, I pictured wingblades as sort of a... full and jointed cover for the wingbones, with the upperside as the actual blade that would lead off the main feather.
It would seem everybody pictured wingblades as something less practical but cooler. I think we were all thinking of "Secret of my Excess" and how the Wonderbolts' wings seemed to be razor-sharp. If they were wearing wingblades, they must have been a much subtler design. But it was probably just some spell.
the fandom never ceases to amaze

I gotta go, I'm getting emotional here.

Is this the same person who made that Shadow figure some time ago?
Man, I wish there were more ponies in armor figurines. This looks awesome!
Hmm, the tail...I gotta wonder if it's customary for all mare soldiers in the Kickers to braid their tails, in a homage to Shadow?
2524943 Me too, I was picturing something with a little curve to stick out just ahead of a wing edge.
Awesome!
Just came to me: Imagine Cloud (or any pegasus RG) doing this number with wingblades.

I thought the armor would be more of a brick red.
