I am totally digging this Bookshelves thing! I already started to sort out my favorites My read later list is so huge, tho... Sigh.
Also, now I know this: The Conquering of Love is ranked 3,323rd on Fimfiction. It is the 362nd longest story and can be found in 3,352 bookshelves.
Downside? I can't see all the people who hit Fave anymore. Like, it tells me how many bookshelves it's in, but doesn't tell me whose shelves.
Oh well, you win some, you lose some. I think this update is definitely a positive one! I'm sure trolls are upset about the authors being given control over what groups show on the side of their stories, though. No more troll groups adding stories of authors they don't like so people see that stuff on the side of their story. It never happened to me, thankfully, but now it won't... although I did leave things default as far as new groups going into "featured" on stories. Anwyay, more control is better, that's for sure!
It shows you the name of the bookshelf your story has been put into. So there can still be some minor trolling, apparently. Or unintentional trolling. I just got put into a shelf named "Read when there is nothing else left"
It's okay bro! I'll be that last resort for you!
