War of the Worlds: Goliath is Awesome

And it is on Netflix Instant right now. This is a movie where Teddy Roosevelt fights Martians with a 50 cal. machine gun and a heat ray. And a lot of other things that are awesome. The plot is a bit thin but the battles and sheer hot blooded awesomeness make up for it.

So go! See it! War of the Worlds: Goliath!

Anything with dieselpunk, Teddy, and airborne aircraft carriers is worth watching in my books

edit: Just finished, I liked how it was an amalgamation of pretty much every version of the story out there.

the end just had me going "why" at least they could have thrown in a "all hands abandon ship"
