Weekend Break · 7:54am Sep 19th, 2014
So another weekend is here, and with it I get free time to do with as I please., a resource that has been relatively scarce recently.
I haven't written anything worth while in two or three days, at most getting 600 words done on the next Missing Dreams chapter, and aside from that I've just been keeping up with my school work and nothing else.
Honestly I have no good excuse for not writing, I've just been really tired lately. Normally I write between 11 and 12, and go to bed after. But for the past week I've been going to sleep a lot earlier, around 10:30, and still being tired the next day. It's starting to get on my nerves, and I've already fallen asleep in my morning class more time than I care to admit. Honestly, I'm not going to get any writing done tonight either; it's already almost 2 AM and I have to get up at 10 tomorrow. Err.... today.
Basically what I'm trying to say here is that I don't know when I'll have enough energy to write again. It could be Monday, it could be next month. As much as I hate to admit, my personal well-being is more important than my fics, which means I need to be sleeping instead of writing for the next little while. Sorry, but that's how it's gonna go for now.
So, Imposter will hopefully be my priority when I get back into writing, because it's less than 2K away from being done. Missing Dreams, of course, and whatever else strikes my fancy, as per usual.
Until I have the time and energy to write, you'll just have to find someone else to deliver on the Twidash. Once I'm back, I'll be nice and ready to tackle Missing Dreams; as it is right now 6K words is looking pretty daunting.
Until next time,
Kodeake out
This is coming a bit late from me, but always give yourself a rest, even if people whine and go "OMG WHERE IS UPDATE?!?!?!11" It's much more important to take care of yourself than to write TwiDash, no matter how cute/adorable it may end up being.
I myself really need to get caught up on my editing, but school and such has kept me too busy and unable to focus on my own editing, or even my own writing. So, kudos to you for being able to consistently keep doing at least a little bit of writing, ya know?
Also, wanted to say that I really like your stuff, and have been following you for awhile. You are partly responsible for making TwiDash my #2 ship. (#1 is Twilight x Pinkie, but TwiDash is very close )
Maybe I should try my hand at TwiDash sometime, might get me to write something again. It's just so fun to bounce their personalities off each other. Just look at any episode where the focus is the two of them. (That Wonderbolts history episode from S4 comes to mind especially!)
Anyways, don't stop being awesome!
