To this day, I do not understand why a "goggle boy" the most prominent signature of the anime, was not included in Savers.
I'll tell you why we hate it. We thought it was terrible. Especially the "everyone has a Digimon now" part. That was the final straw for me. It completely invalidated that these kids were special. It's why I've loved the open endings of the Tamers season and movies. The stories are incredible, but there's no real wrap up, leaving us to our own conclusions.
I was very surprised last night when I read that the producer who created Davis built him from the ground up as a very stereotypical character, whose primary role was to be a foil for Ken. I really wish he had more moments to shine other than at the very end. That being said, Davis' and Ken's friendship was one of my favorite parts of the second half of the season.
The only shame I have is how bad mine are compared to my current quality.
I took one look at the game and it's story when they first showed it was going to be a thing and I'm like "Nope, not buying this piece of shit." Same thing happened with Halo 4 and guess what happens? They nail the campaign, but royally fuck up the multi-player and the Forge.
Borderlands, Shadows of Mordor, and Witcher 3 hype train flying at full speed.I loved Digimon savers. By far the darkest anime, with half of freaking Tokyo being flattened by the end of it. Just had a seroiusness too it that the other shows lacked a bit, not that I didn't love the shows back then, and am interested in what the future of the series will bring.
I have always loved digimon...I watched it when it first came out an I am still in love with it

If you think Piedmon's bad, just take a look at some of the designs of The Joker throughout the years. Good luck sleeping at night when you see what they did with him in "The Dark Knight Returns".

Digimon Tamers. You know, I stopped watching that right around when the gang traveled to the Digital World and never got back to it. I can't even remember why. I definitely liked Tamers. Liked it a hell of a lot more than Adventure 02.
