THIS IS BULLSHIT.
The show ITSELF is exactly this: slice of life and adventure mixed almost seamlessly.
This has been a bug up my ass about the genre tagging on FiMF for a long time, but the last several hours has brought this one home and drawn a big red target on it.
Slice of life and adventure should not be considered conflicting tags. This is ridiculous.

I'm not sure how to do it, but there might be a roundabout way to tag a story as both [Slice of Life] and [Adventure].
You just need to try and figure out how to make a custom tag, such as one story I saw that had a [Butler] tag and another that had an [Adorable] tag...

I'm sorry I'm was unable to help you...
Until this blog post, I just took the fact that those tags conflicted for granted, but after looking at the site's FAQ regarding it, it does seem unusual that they can't coexist. Especially when it seems like they go on so many adventures in the show, it practically IS a day-to-day experience for the Mane Cast.
