And Then There Were 500 · 8:06am Sep 9th, 2014
On March 24th, 2013, I received a notification that I had reached 300 followers. So moved was I by this moment that I posted a brief retrospective on what had brought me to that point.
On November 1st, 2013, I crossed 400 followers. To celebrate, I did my very first FAQ.
500.
500 of you are following me now. 500... and I only know a few of you on a friendly basis. So before I continue, let me single out just a few of the many who have shown me that I'm pursuing the right course by bringing these stories to you;
Swirling Line: You're my best friend in the fandom, but you already know that. Your art continues to improve with every piece you draw, and without you my stories would lack definition. Our correspondence never ceases to make me smile.
Rubycast: You've won more contests than anyone else, and yet you remain so humble. You cared enough about me to send a private message to ensure I was doing okay. I hope you enjoy that little tribute we discussed.
The Princess Rarity: As I said a while back, you're the Cheese Sandwich to my Pinkie Pie. It fills me with pride to see how successful you've become.
Yami Vizzini: My Chronicler, you have no idea how much it means for me to have someone like you keeping tabs on things in the Continuity. For that, I am forever touched.
Dawn Flower: A lesser person would have dropped me like a pile of hot rocks when I lost the ability to send you you're rightfully won prize, but it means so much to me that you stick around and still enjoy my work.
There are more... so many more... but the hour is late and my mind is weary.
To mark this momentous day, I will be posting 'Baby Mine' as a blog exclusive later today. Prior to this, the only one who's read the story is Rubycast.
In summation; I love you all. All 500 of you.
I'll keep writing just as long as you all keep reading.

Awl, thanks Jade. You're one of my very best brony friends! Without you I would have no editor, and I wouldn't know Slender Man. Heck... I don't where I would be as far as drawing comics goes.... I might not be anywhere near where I today without you...
And I love making the deleted scenes and little drawings for you.
