Right! FiMFiction no longer sends notifications when new threads are created in forums. So, I figured I'd help out with signal boosting two new threads in the Lunaverse forums (well, I stole the idea to do it from Emeral Bookwise, but whatever, result is the same).
First up, GreyGuardPony is currently writing a story that will feature a prank war between Ponyville and Hoofington during the annual Running of the Leaves. Awhile back on the Lunaverse forums, it was decided that Hoofington will be populated entirely by OCs - specifically, the OCs of Lunaverse members! So rev up the ol' pony creator and head on over to GreyGuardPony's thread to give him OC's to work with!
Secondly, the Lunaverse is starting up Writing Events again. These writing events are a great method for new members of the Lunaverse who want to write for it to get the creative juices flowing and have fun writing around a given theme. Generally speaking writing event stories don't make it into canon, but there have been exceptions. So get writing!
We're going to war! Break out the party cannons and the fake doggie doo.
Who counts as a Lunaverse member for the purposes of the prank war, just the authors who have contributed or readers of the 'verse too?

Remember how the site used to crash a lot? That was because it was trying to handle so many "new thread" notifications. So they disabled it and solved like 85% of their problems.
