Laptop is officially dead. Can't even boot off a Windows disc. :( Farewell, Trixie, we hardly knew ye.

I'm going out to get a replacement today, so I'll just say, thank you everyone who offered their assistance, financial or otherwise. You are truly generous, saintly individuals. Go donate that money to charity or something important instead. :B

I'm tempted to recommend a raspberry pi as your new computer.
On the con side, it's basically a troll move.
On the pro side, it should cost less than 30 $, and you'd have a fully functional computer the size of a deck of cards
