Yeah, pretty much that. I've been working on ER250's final chapters. Autumnschild has Chapter 9 and a new intro for Chapter 1. I was rereading the story and realized just how dry the current introduction is. But I've also got the outline for 10 done, and the less specific outlines for 11 and 12. There is some "alternate" versions in my writing, and deciding on which pieces will be used is how things in the other chapters will work. For example, Twilight's meeting with Blueblood has three separate editions. In addition, there are two sequels to ER250 getting worked on (again, still in outline processes). One is a more comedy based story, the other follows a more action oriented path with some major world building. Might use both, or just one of them. I want to see how ER250 ends before that decision is made, though I suspect the decision will be made once the editing for Chapter 9 is completed.

The Birthdayverse has a super secret project in the design phase, just need to coordinate when to start that. I think the only hint I will give you is that it shows how the Birthdayverse differed from season 4 and how it gained the AU tag.

I also have three totally unrelated works to the Birthdayverse that are also in the outline phases, but the first chapter of each is nearly completed.

I'm doing a ton of outlining to get my works organized and making some more sense. A lot of it is thanks to Autumnschild, in which he advised me to do it some more, and... I totally stole the way he outlines his stories...

But I get going into some of these stories, get done, go do something else, look at what I have later and do exactly as the comic described. Thus I usually delete or heavily re-edit everything.

But, I've been doing a lot of editing as well (or so I like to think) it turns out a lot like this:
