The BronyCon Panel · 6:34am Aug 19th, 2014
Hmm... 100th blog post. That's neat. I was going to do a dramatic reading of one of my stories, probably Shattered, for this particular event. However, with all the noise pollution from nearby construction, I have found no time to do so as of yet (though I hope to soon). So, I figure that I might as well share a video that has me in it. For those of you who couldn't make it to BronyCon and were curious about the adventure writing panel that I was a part of, here's a video, courtesy of Cloudhammer. (It's not the official BronyCon one yet, but they haven't released those yet.)
I'm the leftmost fellow on the panel. Feel free to give it a watch if you have the time. It was a really neat experience, and although I was probably the most silent of the panel, as you might expect of me if you knew me in person, I nevertheless quite enjoyed the bits which I added to the whole. The largest crowd I had ever spoken in front of prior to this was probably 100 people at wedding, where I recited a poem that I almost couldn't finish due to myself breaking out into tears. It's safe to say that I have stage-fright, not Fluttershy levels mind you, but I have it. It's something I am aiming to overcome, as I think that speaking about writing is one thing that I would really enjoy to do more of in the future.
Perhaps I look and sound different from what you imagined... Who knows?
Anyway, thanks for reading. Now I've got to get my 500 words written for the day.

Great work! Really great stuff.
I will not lie, I too have stag-fright and it can get the better of me at times. Still I'm glad you had a great time at Brony-Con. I wish you the greatest of luck in your future writing!
Thank you for sharing this video and thanks to you and everyone who was a part of the panel. I found a lot of it informative.
Congratulations on your 100th blog post, and I hope we will see a hundred more
btw I saw myself a few times in the video
I did notice that you didn't get to say much, but then, it's not always easy to get a word in in a group like that, and that's all the thought I put into it. Safe to say, you didn't come off as awkward or anything, so hopefully the positive experience will help you next time.
Me… I'm actually much less shy about meeting complete strangers as I am people who know me but have never seen me. I hate the idea that it could change how they think of me
I've seen and heard you on one of those video chats with Wanderer D, so no surprises here
Edit: oh, and congrats on the 100 blog posts!
Wicked panel! Also, you should definitely record that dramatic reading some time. Maybe you can work the construction noises into the story?
Also, totally made it into the video...
