I decided to try to make Amber Glow in Pony Creator. This is the best I could do:
The mane is wrong (her manecut is identical to Nabiki Tendou's famous hair helmet from Ranma 1/2), and the cutie mark is wrong (Amber Glow's cutie mark is an old floppy-drive computer), but this is the best I could do in 10 minutes with quick resources.
