Before and after work tonight, I got caught up on the final three episodes of 24: Live Another Day, which aired it's finale earlier this week.
Wow.
I've been an avid fan of 24 ever since stumbling upon an episode Tuesday night waaay back in the first half of Season 2. It remains the longest TV show I've ever watched on a consistent basis, at nine seasons. Behind that are Star Trek: Voyager (seven seasons) and of course My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (four).
I understand there's a 24 panel at SDCC this year, and I really really hope they announce Day 10. The 12-episode length did absolute fucking wonders for the pacing this time. If this was truly the end, it was a strong, high note, but the table is certainly set for a 10th helping of Jack.

So, that ending.
The silent clock made me believe that this really could be the end. Not sure.
To be clear, Jack is not trapped in a helicopter with four Russians.
