Mente Materia Supplemental Files are pending... · 1:30pm Jul 16th, 2014
Hey folks. Just wanted to let everyone know the Mente Materia Supplemental files will be posted... soon? I finished them last night and submitted it for approval (since I'll be keeping all the supplemental files in a separate story), but I haven't heard back yet if its approved or denied. With most of my other stories I've heard back in less than 2 hours if it's approved or not so it's odd that this has taken close to 12 hours. Do you guys have some suggestions on who I should contact for the status?
That just means nobody happened to be on-staff for approving stories. There was a time when these things frequently took a day or more, but they hired on a bunch more approvers. Now it is rare that there is not someone there most of the time.
I thought that was the case. Hopefully it'll get done by tonight. I had art commissioned for it that I'd love folks to see!

When stories are approved, they go into a queue for posting. One story goes up every 5 or 10 minutes. If you start seeing stories get posted then you know yours will likely be soonish (although if they had time off there may be a backlog). If you see stories going up and then post it when they stop going off, sometimes your story can end up on the site virtually immediately if there is still someone on duty (because the queue is clear). This also has surprised some authors at times.
And there it starts. New stories are being cleared. I expect if yours has not been approved yet, it will be soon.
I was going to ask if you commissioned FoxinTwilight, but then I saw in my tumblr feed it was KairaAnix instead! They look awesome. Those two artists rock!

Hope they approve this soon.... the suspense is KILLING me (much like the chrysalid that is sneaking up on my soldiers).
You could PM the story approvers, but /i don't know how they'd feel about that.
It might get posted later this evening, though if not definitely contact the story approvers and see if there is something that needs changing to get it up.
