That is the absolute WORST I have ever heard. DashCon might trounce that, sure, but UniCon was seemingly advertised to be HUGE and crashed and burned like if I had tried to hold a con in my own HOUSE. That's absolutely ridiculous.

2283008 Basically it was supposed to be a big tumbrl themed convention with Steampowered Giraffe and Welcome to Nightvale making appearances, but they weren't payed to come.
Which means they didn't.
They no vendors.
And the con runners scammed everyone out of $17,000 by saying the hotel needed the money or they wouldn't host the con.
However they have a minimum of five days notice with the final pay. So by using the thing called a brain a few people realized that it was a scam.
It was the greatest fuck up, ever.
