Since so few people ever seem to believe me when I say that I'm working on things (understandable given my frankly abysmal rate of updates), I thought it was only sporting to offer up some proof that I really am as constantly busy as I claim to be (reading time aside). Now, this right here isn't an excuse for my leaving stories dangling for months at a time, but it is a reason. As you can see, even if I'm not working on a given story, I'm always working on something:
See that list? Every single one of those is a project that I am actively working on whenever I find the time and inspiration strikes. Those marked with an (I) are in the ideas and planning phase. Those marked with an (X) are the ones that I actually have scenes, perhaps even whole chapters written for. (RR) are stories that are all published but require revision of some kind, usually grammar errors I'm meaning to fix. And this isn't even the complete list. This is just my pony stuff. And of just the pony stuff, you can't even see everything related to Human in this list, because some of planned sidefics have spoilerific titles.
And, I'm coming up with new ideas every week or so. At the rate I'm going, most of these will probably never even see the light of day, because I'll be buried under a mountain of other ideas that I'll want to work on. This is what it's like being me. I cannot control myself at all. This, this right here, is why I'm so slow.
There is only one thing that can get me to break this cycle of madness and work on whatever the hell it is you people follow me for. Ladies and gentlemen, I implore you, please raise an army and conquer the UK in my name. I don't ask for much from you, do I? Just do this one thing for me, and let me take over my home country, and I think we will all rest a lot easier.
