    Taking A Break

    Hey Folks,

Title really summarises it, I'm going on a bit of a breather from writing for a while, really struggling to have enough spoons lately.

The short story is: I was involved in a collision while driving my car.

    A Visual Reference

A thought hath occurred to me!

Quite plainly, sometimes visual descriptors are all well and good. I mean, the big front-and-centre descriptor is there in the title. 'Little Donkey', of course the protagonist is going to be on the small side.

    Fourth in the Trilogy!

    Hiya folks!

Scotchtavia fans, a little New Years treat for you!

The Morning After was the second course, and On The Rocks was the (slightly overdue) third course. Overdue by about nine years, but it still made it to the table, so... yay?

    2024 Plans!

    Hey folks!

With the New Year upon us, I've had the chance to deal with the stresses of winding down work for the Holiday season, the stresses of spending the Holiday season with family, and the stresses of returning back to work after the Holiday season.

In short? A fun Holiday season!

Huh, that's interesting. Scotchtavia is now on the TV tropes website.

No, really. Here, scroll down, it's at the bottom at the moment.

It's listed under the Wham Line page, a wham line being:

A scene is headed in one direction, then the line is uttered. Afterwards, the scene is going somewhere very, very different. For it to be effective the audience must not see it coming — not just not knowing the exact information, but not expecting any kind of surprising, or even significant, line there at all. If there was background music playing in the beforehand, expect it to abruptly come to a stop after the line is said.

No prizes for guessing which line is the one spoken. And no, it's not the dog joke.

Also, a while back, I did a Twenty Facts Blog where three of the facts were false. The falsies were 3, 6, and 15. Kudos to Nonagon for getting 2 out of 3 right, making him the top scorer there.
