I'm going to write it. I really, really am. I know I am. Why? Because I think it's going to be one of my last stories I'll be writing.
I promise I'm going to finish Terminus, but in all honesty, I think that might be it. Why is that, you say? Well, partly because I don't really enjoy reading here as much as I do conversing with fellow FimFicers(?), and partly because I never thought I would do well in writing pony fanfiction. You'd think it'd be easy to work with, seeing as you have all these characters and settings and backgrounds developed for you. But it's not. It's really hard to capture the voices and personalities of these characters, and people will call you out for it. And I'm certainly no expert on the subject. I know what a lot of people will say: "fuck the haters, I do what I want". That's not an excuse, not if you want to write something good, something people will actually read...unless it's just porn. Then yeah, go ahead.
So with that in mind, I think I might just back off from writing on here entirely, but not before finishing Terminus and starting/completing what I am currently calling Markiplier Saves Equestria: The Quest for the Blade of Ultimate Friendship
When I wrote Pewdiepie Saves Equestria, I thought it was my magnum opus. Until I realized it was a magnum anus. Seriously, looking back on it, I'm actually embarrassed at how badly it's written. Plus I'm no longer a fan of Pewdiepie. Nothing against him personally, I just lost interest. But when I discovered Markiplier, I fell in love, and I'm still not sure if it's metaphorical or physical (he's one good-looking guy). And I figure he needs all the attention he can get, because of how funny and likable he is, but also because of how kind, considerate, and appreciative he is to his fans, his friends, and basically everybody. Seriously, there's hardly a bad word I can say about him.
So, in honor of dear Mark, I have decided to embark on the journey of writing MSEQBUF, which is also very rough code for "Mark is sexy and buff". While I'm pretty sure I won't be writing any more stories after this, I'm going to make it my mission to finish Terminus and make Markiplier Saves Equestria. I'm sure it'll have plenty of Mark, Santaplier, Santa's nubile young kiddies, warfstaches, pressing B to blow, Tiny Box Tim, Yamimash, Vanish, and other in-jokes that no one who isn't a mad Markiplier fan will get...all in the magical land of Equestria!
I'm not leaving the site, not at all. I just don't think I'll be writing any more after this. Not that I've exactly been pouring out story after story on a consistent basis. Lolz. But I hope this will be my finest work ever. Why? Not because it's made by me. Because it's made by Mark.
So grab your ding-dong and prepare for death...I mean, uh, awesomeness. Because we're going on a poon run...I mean, uh...
