New Fic Reading - 'A Puppet To Her Fame' (Act I) · 12:54pm Jun 22nd, 2014

New fic reading, and this one is something I don't usually do: a multi-chapter. In production since December, I bring you part one of the three-parter 'A Puppet To Her Fame'.

Also ... GAAAAAH! My email was screwed up all week (that I know of - it might have been happening before) and rejecting incoming mail, so I haven't been receiving auditions for No Place Like Home.

If you have auditioned and I haven't responded, it may well be because I never received the email; in which case, please send it again!

I just finished listening to it.

It. Was. HORRIBLE! And now I feel terrible. And I love it to bits. Very cruel fic.

You really did a brilliant job on this one, Scribbler. Definitely my new favourite of your stuff. Can't wait till next week to hear the next part!

I asked the same question in the video but I haven't received a response yet, was just wandering when recording times are. I won't have any internet connection for the second half of July, so I won't be able to send in lines if I get a part. Just wondering if that's a problem or can I send the lines in in august or what?

Recording time for the first episode will be July, yes, though since the pilot is a double sized episode there will be longer for the lines this time around.

Well, I may try out for one of the minor characters who doesn't have many lines then. If it was somebody small, two weeks would definitely be enough.

I'll give it a listen when all three are out. :D

I read this story when it was new. REALLY disturbing. I look forward to listening to your reading.

You may not like doing multi-parts, but like any of the stories you read, you do them very well. Leaves me wanting more. Which is sort of a double-edged sword, i suppose, but I'll be awaiting the next installment in a Pinkie Pie anticipatory bounce.

Also... bloody unsettling. You do that very well too. Bravo.
