Hey guys, I know that a few of you were wondering what a 'Sarah build' would like in Fallout 3 so I left it to my editor Blackwind to take a crack at it (as in actually play through it, I had one for her but I maxed her out a while ago with almost perfect so... I don't exactly where I started, heh)

Skill focus : Small guns, repair, medicine, science.
Equipment:
Armor Start: Armored vault suit -> Talon combat -> Reillys -> Brotherhood power armor -> enclave hellfire
Weapons: Hunting rifle, shotguns and a 44 variant with a lincolns repeater.
Cool start but our Sarah is probably maxed out now right? I mean she has already completed most of the DLC
I always like seeing what other people do for builds. Personally I'm the type to max out Int just for the extra points to skills, then ii go for the non-combat stats. Sorta difficult running weapons that are weak for a while, but I get mad xp from all the lockpick and hacking bits.
2214978 right now? perhaps, Ed doesn't pay attention to stats and special outside of creating a character base, I just took her traits and made a character based on them.

Then why was she clearly shown carrying both Dawnbreaker and Jingwei's shocksword?
That being said, there hasn't really been any thing shown with her fighting with them.
Maybe she lets Nim do the fighting for her?
You should totally give her a unique perk due to Nim anyways, with all the Fallout Humor.

Huh. Medicine? Really? Never saw that one coming. I figured it'd be melee, or maybe speech. Haven't really seen Sarah do much doctorin'

2216044 I would think it would be better classified as first aid, given her father was a doctor, she HAD to have pick some stuff up just by being around him.

A bit OP as I am able to take down Deathclaws and Legionary Assassins in 1-2 shots with Gauss Rifle/ AMR
