When your future father in lawe invites you over to help clear and dig a pit to make a decorative pond, you can be laid up for a week. I am not an atheltic stallion-- but damn if it doesn't get you the nicest attention from the mare in my life. I just wish she was shorter so I could tuck her head under my chin when I hug her. Guhhh, mares! You need'a be shorter! Shorter I say!
You know what rocks though, while you're laid up and sore? Ice cream cake. Frug yeah ice cream cack! Ice cream cake and some Divinity Dragon Commander, holy crap that Dwarven Princess is hot. I would motorboat those puppies for HOURS. <3 <3 <3
What're you guys up to? I'm doing my show on youtube D&D Stories, writing a novel "Toxica the All knowing" and being a lazy bum. Finally got a job at a grocery store, so I gotta keep at it at youtube to make ends meet, pffft! You know who sucks stallion scrotum? WHoever put loopy stuff in my pain meds, those sonsvbitches.
God damn I need a soda. No wait pop. These Minnysotanms call them "pops" up here. This is apparently the 1950's in the the the northern states. I am so thirstry! Hynnn...

What am I doing at the moment? Well, planning out the sequel to A Squire's Tail-Lunar Guards. Finally xD I've been a lazy bum about that but with Camp NaNo on the horizon I've decided to kick myself into writing.
When I'm not planning that out I'm writing other stuff-working on a short one shot and some non pony fics. Mostly my non-pony, original fiction. And RPing when my partners are actually online.

Sucks to be laid up with painkillers though. One Christmas, I was playing beach football and my genius of a father, who is three times my weight and all muscle, decides that a full body tackle is a great idea.
I was laid up in bed for three weeks... no fun and this was before poni, so I was bored... very very bored.
While you are high on painkillers, I suggest writing a fic, the results could be quite interesting.

I have heard soda/pop being called both ways in Wisconsin (current residence), Minnesota, and Illinois.
I ran the gamut of emotions, from happy that you had a bonding moment with your father-in-law. Confused about your use of mare to refer to your significant other. Concerned for the safety of that one dwarven princess. And finally scared that you had been abducted and replaced with someone who could type this blog.
But then I got about halfway through and the swirling vortex of terror ended.
I also got hungry when you mentioned icecream, but I'm not sure if hunger is an emotion. So I left that out.

When I was younger I worked at a movie theater and McDonalds in Minnesota and never heard someone say soda. I mean literally ever. I've never left Minnesota for any extended time, but it would be so weird to actually hear someone say they want a soda.
You sound quite happy with those painkillers. Just remember, you love Minnesota and all of the odd things that take place there. Did you happen to go to MLP-MSP this past weekend? It was quite the event, and damn it was fun. I hope you feel less sore soon, because too much of those meds and you'll lose your mind to the wonderful world of insanity.

2197468 Same for me. It's pretty rare for people to ask for soda, unless they're from out of state. Then they look at you funny when you repeat back to them that they want a coke or something for their pop. Their faces are priceless!
Hoo lordy, I actually started watching MLP when I was laid up in the hospital for about a month, leading up to a major surgery. And let me tell you: this show is delightful on painkillers.
