Auditions for 'No Place Like Home' Now Open (Radio Play Casting Call) · 4:27pm Jun 2nd, 2014

At more than thirty characters, I'm going to need all hands on deck for this one! Or ... all vocal chords on deck ... except that'd be messy ... oh, you know what I mean!

If a Big Mac is needed, I'm up for it. One question though, are you able to extract audio from a video? I have a bad mic, so I may need to record any lines or whatever as a video and send it in.

Or email it, or however the hell this works. Never done this sort of thing before, so...yeah, I'm retarded here. HERP A DERP A DERP!

If you need any pirates, I'm there!

I'll take a look at the male rolls and see what I'd be good at...

2167938 If you have a bad mic think of downloading Audacity. Record for ten seconds then start speaking what you want to tape. Do a noise removal filter (analyze) over those first ten seconds. Then apply the filter for removal over the entire piece.

DOES WONDERS!. Its what I do for my bit on the Order 66 podcast.

I'll help on any male roles. I do voice acting and singing on the side tho. I just don't want it to interfere with that.

Can I help please???????!!!!! I got a tgpical guy voice lemme know, love your fimfic readings!

2169409 Actually, I DO have Audacity. I just rarely use it cause'...well, I am not that confident about my voice, to be honest. I kinda feel like if I need to alter my voice with a computer program then it's sorta like cheating.

But I guess everyone does it, right? So, I'll have a look at it again and see what I can do. Thank you a lot for the suggestion. Have a Follow from me, please.

2170540 Thanks for the follow! But it's not cheating to get rid of static & crappy mic problems. You're just letting people know what your voice sounds like.:pinkiehappy:
