Reaction images aside, it's time for me to be serious for once.
I honestly never expected this to happen. Nor did I expect my little, old story to get this popular. At best, I expected someone to come by and tell me to try harder. So, seeing the story was as well received as it is now, I can't even express how overjoyed I am.
This is one of the few pieces of 'literature' I've written out of my own volition. I never wrote anything on my own time before becoming a Brony, so I can't say I've had any true experience in the writing field aside from schoolwork.
If you haven't noticed, I have a bit of a hard time taking pride in my work. Not just here, but ANYTHING I do, I can't feel satisfied with it. I don't know why, I just do. It's why I'm so nervous about having, what, 300 people following the story now?
So seeing that everyone here is getting SOME sort of entertainment out of my work...well, that's a huge thing for me.
I said it when I had 70 trackers. I said it when I had 100 trackers. And I'm pretty sure I said it at some other point too. Yet I can't feel like I've said it enough.
I want to extend a wholehearted 'thank you' to anyone and everyone who has helped this story get to where it is now! Your support is what keeps me going!

But seriously, I have you to thank more than most anyone. Your works are what inspired me to even START this little adventure of mine. Had I not read Number One, I probably wouldn't have ever started writing. That and you were one of the earliest to critique my works and follow/watch me to this day.

Also, you're worthy of your own praise; don't sell yourself short. You're a good writer and Scorched is a very entertaining story. That's why everyone is wanting more!
