I've been getting a surprising amount of PM's and questions about the fic Twilight, asking when it would update, for an ETA, or how progress was going.
The truth is there's no progress. It's not cancelled or anything, but I've been very very busy with work, and when I'm not working I'm trying to write another fic for a different franchise all together, and when I'm not doing either of those things I'm sleeping or eating or taking a shower. Why that one fic and not this one? That one doesn't even have ponies after all.
Good question, but the simple answer is just that that one's going quicker. I say quicker (it doesn't update quick either), but I can't overstate how much time work is sucking out of my life. I have no time for games, can't watch anything, can't read anything, and I can barely respond to messages I get anywhere, which is why it's possible you've PMed me or wrote on my profile and I haven't replied. Or took three weeks to do it.
Though, I will definitely finish this story if it kills me. Don't worry about that. But it's already I think three years in the making at this point? I'm surprised it has fans asking about it at all by now.
But since there is no progress, there's no good ETA on a new chapter. The best I could say is that my business at work ends mid-June, so I'll have more time then. I'll try to remember to specifically set time aside to write some more horses.
Thank you for asking though. I'm pleased people even remember this fic exists.
Well just take all the time you need. Nice to know it's not abandoned.
