I have read one topic involving accepting criticism. After all, I decided to make some changes...
1. I pretty much like to write for fun but if my audience suggest some grammar changes and improvement, I would either give my chapter to an editor or do my best to improve my OCs in the future.
2. No more deleting comments unless they are flames or are being mean to my pals.
3. Accept that my OCs may be Gary-Sues or Mary-Sues. Yeah, I may have trouble in not losing my temper but I will see what I can do.
And finally...
4. Try to respond graciously without losing it.
I may have trouble in sticking to these ideas but I am not perfect, folks.

Good for you. They say the first step to kicking a bad habit is admitting it.
2082711 Admitting it is one thing. Putting forth effort and making an honest attempt to fix said writing flaws is a totally different animal.
