Well people I tried, I tried really hard and I'm sorry, but I just can't write anymore.
Over the past year I've tried to get back into it at least 100 times but no matter what I just can't.
So it is with a heavy and hopeful heart, that I'm giving away Raising to who I think can do the story justice.

Whoever can finish it and is someone with adequate writing skill I will give you the story.
If more then one of you decides to take this up then I'll pick who I think is the best.
Some rough guidelines and chapter ideas-
This chapter takes place during episode 3 of the show.
This chapter follows Twilight for the most part.
Do NOT copy dialogue directly from the show, unless it's to establish the plot of episode. Like when Twi gets the golden tickets.
The point of the chapter is for Twilight to gather information about Johnny from the other mane 6.
Try to make Twilight use the tickets to get said information, and make her learn a lesson by the end.
Try and tie in the next episode in this chapter.

Whoever tries to continue the story can ask me whatever they need and submit me the link of your chapter with a PM.
Again, I'm sorry I can't write anymore, but I don't want this to die either... if it hasn't already.
Sorry you can't write anymore. I would try to take over, since I love the concept, but I already have too many other projects. When you decide who's taking over, let Knighty know who's continuing this so the mods can move the story to their account, then let me know. It was a great story.

Ah its good to see that this is not completely dead. To be honest I thought this shriveled and died long ago. Id give it a go, but I am not good with keep on working on long term projects. And I would hate to be the guy who takes over just for it to die 2-3 chapters later.
I hope it gets a good new author to make it proud.

I'm not able to write so much as edit and proofread. Can't get into it even though I literally have virtually all the time in the world to do so. And my way of thinking just so happens to be in a minority, so people would be weirded out by my style. At least, in theory.

Just discovered this story and i think it has a sold premise and want take my own shot at it. Does this story have to follow every episode? Episodes like Look Before You Sleep seem skipable to me. Though it'll be nice for Johnny to come out in public at the end of Briddle Gossip

No it doesn't have to follow every episode. The episodes that make no sense for him to be in them I had planned for him to hang out with the CMC or his voted best friend.
Also I was planning for Johnny to come public during Applebuck Season, do to Applejack not being 100% in the right mind set she'd slip up or something.

So what you for chapter seven is Twilight's obsession mixed with the Ticket Master. That could work, Twi is using the tickets as bribes for info on Johnny. And how the whole thing backfires....

Yep, plus we all know how Twi gets when she wants to learn something (Feeling Pinkie Keen) so it's not really out of character to go so far as to bribe her friends, especially since she's new to the whole friends thing still.
