Realize I haven't breathed a word about this, and that I'm generally silent on the blog side of Fimfiction as it is, but I'm attending Everfree Northwest this year!

    Glimpses 2 - Now Complete

Though it was a day late, hopefully, it's not a dollar short. I've posted the final chapter of Glimpses 2! I hope everyone enjoys the last chapter and enjoyed the story as I whole. I would also like to thank everyone that submitted suggestions to my blog about a month ago. The anthology would not have been nearly as interesting without your input!

Babscon Aftermath, Past Sins Goldie Nomination, & Everfree NW Online Pre-Con Writing Panel · 3:42am Apr 24th, 2014

First, I'm happy to say I had a blast at Babscon. The VA panels were great. Saturday's especially notable for the large cast of actors and actresses as well as Peter New, who was dressed as a princess in a big red dress. I also enjoyed a few hours of hanging out with many of the other authors that attended the panel. Got some good swag, met with some community friends. Also, Past Sins was nominated in the con's Goldie Awards (not sure if I'm spelling it right.) Very cool thing, even if Past Sins didn't win. Though, I'd like to extend congratulations to Sunny Skies All Day Long and its author, PhantomFox. Next year, when it's not just a big general "writing" category, hopefully Past Sins or some other story of mine will be able to bring home the Goldie.

Now, moving on. The con season has just started and Everfree NW is the next one on the horizon for me. (At least where I'm paying my own way.) Everfree NW boasts one of the most robust set of writing panels of any other pony convention, ones I've been happy to contribute to for the past two years as well as this coming one. Now, if you've seen the Everfree NW press release, they've got to many writing panels to stuff into just a three day weekend. So, they're offering these online pre-con panels which will feature some of the same panelist that will be there in Seattle in just a few months.

And, I'm happy to say, I'll be contributing to those online, pre-con panels. If you want to read the offical press release on the matter, go ahead and check out this link here: Pre-Con Writing Panel

The first one is coming up this weekend ,where we'll be discussing the subject of setting. I hope a lot of you are interested enough to tune in and check it out.

Here's the when/where/&whatnot
- When: Saturday April 26th, 2014 at 7:30 PM Pacific Time
- Where: YouTube Stream channel, EverfreeNWStream.
- Who: Pen Stroke, Soundslikeponies, and Piquo Pie.
- What: Setting
- Why: Because it's fun and awesome and something to get you hyped for a convention.

See you all around the internet, and have a great rest of your week.

Fantastic. I wonder if I will ever be able to get to EFNW to get on board with you.

Hope you have a fun time! :pinkiehappy:

Sweet. See you in Seattle. We need a rematch of that shipping game! I... uh... let you win. Yes, that's it. I let you win because it would have been embarrassing if you had been beaten by a first time player. So yeah, I let you slaughter me like that.

Heh...

All of that aside, though, had a great time hanging out in San Fran. See you in a few months, I suppose.

All of my :rainbowlaugh::rainbowlaugh::rainbowlaugh::rainbowlaugh::rainbowlaugh:
and a  I suppose, too.

2040994 It was just as glorious as you think it is.

2040998 I'd have to say it was probably more glorious. That was pretty majestic.

Another glorious moment, when Brian Drummond and Nicole Oliver honored a QA request. Brian, several male voices on the show, previously did work as Vegeta. At the request of someone in the QA line, he used the Vegeta voice to call Princess Celestia as Princess Sunbutt.

For BABSCon, thank you for coming by! (Yes, it is "Goldie") Man, that was one fun con, I hope you will come back next year... And also thanks for stopping by my department!

I am a sad Pony as I missed seeing you at BABSCon, and that's the only Pony Con I am going to this year.

Still I had fun at BABSCon and had a wonderful time with friends.

Oh well hopefully next year I will be able to meet you!! ^_^

YOU WERE AT BABSCON!?
