Rule 34 Updates resuming June 2016

I need to take a temporary leave of absence from the Rule 34 updates. I'll be back in a couple of months and will strive to have 3 months worth of data to discuss. In the meantime, please enjoy these pictures of shaved horses:

Hopped up on Easter · 5:50pm Apr 20th, 2014

I recently talked about April Fools Day and how some holidays should be retired. As a follow-up to that post: we sure celebrated a lot of holidays this week, didn't we?

This year, 4/20 is not only the stoner's holiday and Hitler's birthday; it's also Easter.

I'll conclude with some of my favorite disturbing images of the Easter Bunny.

"It puts the lotion on the eggs, or else wakes up without no legs."

This kid knows what's up.

No, seriously. What is that bunny planning to do with that lotion on the table?

Seriously, why aren't there more horror movies starring the Easter Bunny?

Those eyes stare into my soul...

This Easter Bunny walks a thin line between disturbing and hilarious.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

This gets my vote for the creepiest Easter Bunny ever.

Not all Easter Bunnies are creepy, though. Some are downright sexy.

Some are creepy and sexy at the same time.

It's funny that most of these costumes were more frightening than actual Easter Bunnies from horror movies, such as Kottentail.

After doing some research, there's a surprising number of Easter-themed horror movies which have come out in recent years, including the aforementioned Kottentail, Easter Bunny, Kill! Kill!, Easter Sunday and the Night Before Easter.

Hope everyone has a safe and sexy Easter! Remember the reason for the season.

(EDIT: In case it wasn't clear, I was joking when I called Ishtar "the reason for the season." I'm fully aware that she has nothing to do with the origins of Easter.)

No disrespect to my fellow Christians. The Atonement of Jesus Christ has significant meaning for billions of people, both living and dead. It's just always helpful to remember where to draw the line between sacred and secular when it comes to celebrating holidays.

Huh. I've always wondered where the eggs and bunny came from. Learn something new everyday.

That just made Easter way more sexual than I'd ever imagined it. Nice. :raritywink:

Sex magic and human sacrifice; give me some that of good ol' time religion.

Happy Christ-God birth. everyone!

The Ishtar thing is complete BS, by the way. Easter does come from a pagan religion, but it has more to does with Ostara (or Oester). There's no known connection to the goddess Ishtar (which isn't pronounced Easter, as far as I'm aware.)

Give it to us straight man, you're inside every single one of those bunny costumes, aren't you?

Ah, what would a holiday be without an unsettling blog from Bronystories?:coolphoto:

This is the perfect holiday to celebrate porn. I shall now go reread all my favorite clop- ah who am I kidding, I need a month for that.

2028439 He always has the best blogs! :pinkiecrazy:

But still, now is a good time for celebrating a bit of fertility. You avoid the cold winter in early pregnancy, which has been linked to developmental issues with children.

2028545 Oh, it was still a fertility holiday. It just had nothing to do with the goddess Ishtar.

2028664 The exact same sentiments were what I was expressing in my agreement with you, and it's backed up with it being a good time to bear children for scientific reasons as well.

2028700 Ah-hah, got'cha.

Sorry if you took me seriously. I didn't mean to offend your sensibilities.

2029413 No offense taken, it's just that the whole Ishtar thing has been making a lot of rounds recently and it kinda frustrates me a bit, so I speak up when I see it.

Awesome man, happy Easter to you too.

2029413 Bad research and citation methodology is no joke to a History Major and Political Science Minor. :twilightangry2: Satire only works if people know you're being satirical.:raritywink: At least you know when to cut your losses with a joke. That's more than can be said for a good 9/10ths of the world. Keep being awesome. :moustache:
