Just a short update from the convention, here. Horizon tossed out the idea of doing an author meet-and-greet for interested Fimfiction writers, and we're going to be doing that in about an hour. Space for the event is being generously provided by Xepher in Room 3015 in the convention hotel (the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport).
We've got space for probably around a dozen people, and at least six decent chairs. Also, we have various forms of entertainment, depending on what y'all may be interested in doing. Meet-and-greet starts at 5:00pm and runs until we all get tired of it or Xepher kicks us out because he wants his room back, but he's a pretty chill dude (as my students are fond of saying), so if you've got any interest in showing up and having some fun, I'd encourage you to drop on by! I have reason to believe, in addition to the folks already mentioned, Benman, Ebon Mane, totallynotabrony, and xjuggernaughtx may be there for varying amounts of time.
If you want to see me here at the convention, this will be your most reliable opportunity. I will also be around Sunday and trying to hit that day's fanfiction panels, and you may be able to randomly run across me on the con floor, but this is one of the Things that I am specifically setting time aside for.
