Slowly but surely my old writing speed seems to be coming back to me. Since Sunday...
- For my non-Lunaverse fans, I'm ~2,500 words into the next chapter of "Daleks Have No Concept of Friendship!" I generally like to have at least 4,000 words in my little side-stories before publishing a chapter. You can expect it some time this week, maybe next at the latest. The story was never dead, its just a low priority for me.
- For my Lunaverse fans, I'm ~5,000 words into chapter 1 of Treasure Hunt, a story staring Dinky and Pipsqueak. This story is not expected to be very long chapter-wise, probably about 6 or 7 at most. Expect this up sometime this week as well. Basically at this point I just have to make a good cover image. I have some ideas in that vein.
- Lastly, the next chapter of Return of Tambelon is about 1,000 words done. This one's gonna be long and, hopefully, epic. I am re-reading my Conan stories to get me in the groove, specifically The Hour of the Dragon and Red Nails. This one is probably gonna take a few weeks to hammer out. Expect its epilogues to go up at the same time as well.

That reminds me, I still need to read DHNCoF. I keep putting it off because whenever I'm reading (especially if starting something new) I tend to feel guilty for not using that time to write. Which is actually a rather silly guilt to feel as reading is largely what most inspires me to write and so is something I should really do more of.

I like the seeing more of Dinky, and with her and Pipsqueak and a title like Treasure Hunt I am reminded of something like The Goonies.
