Just got an email from Brony Soprano concerning my health (given that my last blog was about me getting Covid, I understand that some might be a bit jittery). Rest assured, I overcame Covid and am in good health lately (probably better health because I've started working out some).

That tear gas must have been pretty poor quality for all the effect it did. I mean, I'd understand if Grundy wasn't effected because of zombie-ism and Batman having some kind of filter/screen in his cowl, but how did it not effect the girl or the doctor?
No I haven't... but damn that was good. Brings back fond memories of the 90s era cartoon.

1999189 Well, in Darkseid's defense Batman cheated by using a parademon shield, and when he tried it in Final Crisis... it didn't work out so well for Batman

1999189 Also kind of silly how Batman doesn't have super ninja skills at the beginning, not being able to dodge Grundy's first attack, but then later he's able to flip onto Grundy's head and drive him into a boulder.

Oh, good, this did come out. I think his 75th anniversary Superman video was better, but maybe he'll do something else for Bats before the year is done.

Personally preferred the Superman Short but this was amazing.
What a great tribute to the Dark Knight! Bruce Timm's style (particularly in Batman: The Animated Series) did always have sort of a 1950s vibe at times, and this piece really uses the feel of the old-time serials (and film noir) to great effect. Thanks for sharing!
