So... how've you all been? Been busy myself. 'King of Lies' is, believe it or not, almost done. Should be up in the next couple days. It's been edited to hell to make it readable, but it's coming... and I like how it turned out.
After that? 'Sweetie and Dimmy,' though my recent Lovecraft kick has an idea bouncing around in my head called 'the Statement of Rainbow Dash.' Might be a good sister story to that 'Twilight Sparkle: Re-animator' thing that's been buzzing in my skull for the past couple years...
Speaking of Lovecraft, be sure to check out 'the Stars Will Aid Their Escape' by Drhoz. I'm a few chapters in and I LOVE IT.
DAWN FLOWER! Your patience in the matter of your pages is appreciated. I must put off the shipping just a while longer as my wife over-spent in Walt Disney World. As a trade off, not only will you be getting the 'Lost in the Night' pages, but also the original Apple Family Tree I drew up when I made the continuity a thing, and some other fun things that I can rustle up.
So, Disney was great. It's my favorite place on Earth, and while I was there I thought it would be funny to take the Mane 6 and see what their favorite park and ride would be.
Twilight Sparkle
Favorite Park: EPCOT. It's a THEME PARK about LEARNING. YES.
Favorite Ride: Ellen's Energy Adventure. Twilight discovers a severe human crush on Bill Nye the Science Guy.
Rainbow Dash
Favorite Park: Disney's Hollywood Studios. The most thrills she can get since Universal's too far down the road.
Favorite Ride: The Rock N' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. 0 to 60 in ten... seconds... flat.
Fluttershy
Favorite Park: Animal Kingdom. Because duh.
Favorite Ride: Train to Rafiki's Conservation Station. A gentle train ride to a glorified petting zoo. Obviously.
Rarity
Favorite Park: Magic Kingdom. Princes and Princesses and Pirates, oh my!
Favorite Ride: Ariel's Under the Sea Adventure. A ride through a fairy tale. How lovely...
Applejack
Favorite Park: EPCOT. A nice mix of fun and education, just what the doctor ordered.
Favorite Ride: Living With the Land. A slow moving boat ride through actual green houses. Are those apples shaped like Mickey heads...?
Pinkie Pie
Favorite Park: Magic Kingdom. SO MANY FUN THINGS TO DO!
Favorite Ride: SO MUCH HAPPINESS AND JOY! SING IT WITH ME! "IT'S A WORLD OF LAUGHTER, A WORLD OF TEARS..."
