I don't know the other stories well enough to be honest about whether the other two are true or false. I'll go with #3 since I have a 50% chance of getting it right.
1 should be truth! They have so much in common. You couldnt ship them in "life of non-brony" mainly because of Celestia. Now, there is no barriers.
I think about it as long-term perspective. TD need to get back his gender.

#3 actually seems fairly likely for you, but you've already stated that she won't actually relapse; however, I really have no idea what the chances are for the other two. Wouldn't surprise me if I was wrong, though.

I can't recall who Kathyrine is for the life of me. I THINK she's the griffon princess? The only way I see this happening is someone related to Cheerilee romancing her. Which seems a bit out of the way...
As for the TD/Celestia... Assuming Celestia keeps the same personality throughout the different universes, she's stated in one she is, or was, interested in TD. Considering TD is now on the same social standing as her now, I could see her trying something maybe. How TD handles it is up in the air, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if Celestia tried something.
And of course, it's still April 1st where I am, where the truth holds no weight whatsoever, even with Pinkie Promises. Ignoring the odds of it being you April fooling us, I would say...

This is an interesting challenge you've given us. My thoughts on the matter:
I feel like option 2 is a lie, as that would mean that Kathyrine is related to Cheerilee, ot TD remarries.
Option 1 is a possibility, and that is something I could see you doing in that story
Finally, option 3 is my choice for the truth, as whilst you have said she isn't going to relapse, all you say here is that she will strongly consider it, which to me fells like the most likely option.

I can't see how you'd work number 2 though, I mean, wouldn't you need to drag in a relation of TD's from Earth to Equestria for that?
I don't care if #1 is a joke or not, I think the idea could be quite funny, and it's certainly easier to connect with someone if you're in a similar boat yourself.
Plus, the foundation of any healthy relationship is equality. Since TD's promotion, both are of fairly even standing, and have similar skills in the ancient art of punching people in the face.
How could it possibly go wrong?
Option three, she may consider relapsing, but actually go through with it. That is the most likely option in my eyes.
