Then, today, I finished Anguish, which is by far the darkest thing I've ever written. I learned something very useful from it, too. I don't want to ever publish part of an unfinished story again. So it will likely be a while before you see anything else new from me. Because next up is a story that I'm not really sure what I'm doing with, yet. I've had lots of ideas for it since first saying I would write it, but many of those ideas were... less than good, in retrospect. So we'll see what happens.
As for the other major project taking up lots of time, it's still early days. Can't make any kind of announcements about that other than to say that things are still in the works. Progress is slow when everyone works different schedules in different states.
For those who are concerned, Lindsey is doing well. Her last tests all came back good, so she's still in remission. She is starting puberty already, but that's to be expected after the cancer treatments.
