Dear Followers,
I have been absent from writing for quite some time, I realize. I just want you all to know that my absence is not without reason.
A combination of two things:
1) An unexpected turn of events that has sent my life into a spiraling roller coaster of emotional turmoil. I'd rather not go into specifics right this second, but just know that my mother is extremely sick, and she might not survive. There is an enormous amount of financial and legal responsibilities that I, as one of her adult sons, must handle. She has no spouse, so my brother and I are next in line to make decisions on her behalf.
2) An overwhelming amount of college work that I need to make up in order to preserve my GPA, and thus, my scholarships. This isn't the easiest thing in the world, considering my previous reason.
I'm so sorry, but for right now, this needs to be at the very bottom of my priority list.
