Hey all, Timaeus here.
Now, I know it's been a long-ass time since I've written anything for this site because I'm a lazy asshat because of several reasons that can be articulated in a few choice words (two to be specific): university life. If you've talked to me at all outside of FimFic, then you'll know I've been severely bogged down by project after project after project. After Fall Semester ended, Christmas with the family happened, and then Winter Semester hit me like a truck going 60 on the Interstate.
Point is: university life is a busy life, especially when you decide to get involved in extra-curricular activities.
But I haven't been entirely useless in the last... five months.

I officially apologize to you guys for being so useless.
BUT! I do have some news for you guys. First is that I am going to be entering this asshat's contest in the TwiDash group. Now before anyone points out the obvious and reminds me that the deadline is in about 15 days, fear not. I did manage to get an extension because my workload has been unnaturally painful lately. I am officially "that guy" (for those of you who don't know, I got an extension for the last TwiDash contest too). Now, while I haven't started officially, I do have an idea and a general plot worked out.

That's not all, I'll also be participating in this thing too! My turn comes up sometime next week or so, so if you happen to fancy AppleDash at all, check it out!
I've also been doing some writing over the last five months. I haven't uploaded anything because I wanted to get further along with it before releasing it. That way I could ensure that they (both multi-chaptered fics) would update on a fairly regular basis. I have two chapters of a new TwiDash drafted. The first chapter's been ready to go for a good while now, and the second one is slowly being put through the editing process. So, after I finish my contest entry, keep your eyes on the horizon for "A Costume Catastrophe," coming to a TwiDash group near you. I also have the first chapter of a short TwiJack (originally meant to be written for the TwiJack group contest, but then life happened) drafted and the edits on that are almost done.
With any luck, you guys should be getting something from me in the near future.
EDIT: I should also mention that the asshat (Incredible Blunderbolt) and I have been working on a collab. There's absolutely no planned story structure, and is basically just the two of us taking turns writing a couple paragraphs at a time, building off of what the other says. We've drafted approximately 2.6k out of what I'm estimating will be a 5-6k fic.

It should be well known that my estimates are complete and utter bullshit. This thing could end in the next three thousand words or not for another ten thousand. This is the beauty of knowing dick all going into a story.
