What I've Been Up To and New Recruitment for TCA · 3:53am Mar 13th, 2014
Chapter 3 of Fallen Leaves shall be out soon. Tomorrow, or the day after at the latest. It was a bit of a struggle, I had to step away from it for a while, then rewrite about half of the chapter before I was satisfied with it.
There was a February contest, which I was taking part in, but about 10K words into the story, I ended up not bringing out the ending that I wanted. I have to keep that one on the back-burner until I get inspired enough to finish it off. It's a CMC story that is entirely disassociated from my other stories. I have the ending half-figured out, but I just need to spend a while longer thinking about it. So it may seem like I did absolutely no writing last month, but I did, you just won't see it for a while.
So after the Fallen Leaves chapter 3, I'm going to start up Chapter 20 of AHoC. I want to get back into about 2K words - 2.5K words a week, across both stories if possible.
Alright, now that that stuff is out of the way, I feel like asking anyone who is willing to read this far. Have you ever wanted to write reviews? Our group The Canterlot Archives is accepting applications for those who like writing reviews and who have an appreciation for great stories. It helps if you can point to other reviews that you might have written. We want people who can figure out what they like or don't like about stories and are willing to explore those questions in depth. Hey! Been awhile! I'm not gonna bug ya don't worry, lol jk. I look forward to more Fallen Leaves and I still need to get caught up on AHOC. I suck at reviewing, plus with my writing being so shitty, I don't think I have a right to be judging other stories. But, I do look forward to your updates!
