The image you are suggesting, is better suited for the story, because the previous one makes us think that it is a Human!Celestia, or a humanized story. However this new picture isn't what i would call perfect, the art style isn't my favorite.
So let me think, Yes or YES, Yes is a good choice, but YES conveys a more strong feeling of yes. But maybe i could use both: should you use it? YES yes Yes.
