If, by some strange chance, you happen to be wondering when I might be publishing something new, wonder no longer.
I currently have 2 fics in the works. One, already put under the scrutinous eye of the wonderful Halcyon, has a first and second chapter pretty well fleshed out. I plan on writing at least one more chapter before publishing, so I can update semi-regularly. I have a terrible writing schedule; I'm slave to the whims of my inspiration. I can't really control when I feel like writing and when I try to force it, the stuff I spew out is even worse than the drivel I normally put forth.
For now, though, the second fic has taken precedence. It just popped into my head one day; an idea so powerful I decided I absolutely must get it in writing as soon as possible. Unfortunately, however, the pressure of making the actual fic live up to my idea of the story has made writing go a bit slowly. As of now, I'm about 3/4ths the way through a rough draft (and I mean VERY rough draft). This story is pretty ambitious, as I'm exploring territory I didn't even know existed. The reviewing/editing will probably take longer than usual, but the story is looking to come out to about 10k words. Not as long as I was hoping, but not exactly short either.
