Sometimes on FiMFiction, we get these little story trends.
To give an example, a ways back, there was a trend of stories wherein humans would end up in Equestria turned into, of all things, Pokemon. There were a massive number of stories published that had humans turning into Pokemon and landing in Equestria.
Most of them were crap. A very small amount of them were worth reading perhaps, and I think I liked ONE enough to fave, but most of them were pretty darn lousy.
Well, it seems we're in the midst of another trend. In this case, we've got a trend of stories where we have humans going to Equestria cosplayed as various characters only to turn into/gain the powers of those characters, and then end up in Equestria as "PUBLIC ENEMY NUMBER ONE!!!!!1!"
What's really sad is, unlike in the previous Pokemon case where I found the concept really kinda dumb, this one I kinda like. Unfortunately, I haven't yet found a story written in this new trend that I like all that much.
On that note, I'm ALMOST tempted to write a story following this trend, just so there can be a story out there in this vein that I can say I like. Alas, the last time I followed a trend, we ended up with "Spike Eats a Peach" and frankly, I don't think we need a repeat of that.
Nevertheless it's tempting...
...
If I end up doing something I apologize in advance.
I Support it.
I want to see Inkie and Blinkie, first, myself. ^^
I had an idea for one of those stories where the characters in MLP have been turned topsy turvy and they need to reconvene to figure out what happened.
I might do one myself, just to write something trendy for once, instead of doing my own thing which obviously isn't working anymore.
Have you seen what RainbowBob's up to lately?
We may have to invent a whole new trope called PiE, or 'Presidents in Equestria'.

Don't tempt me more than I already am.

I'm all ready to go whenever, but Double-L said he wanted to get done with at least a few more chapters of his other stories before he and I start that.

If you feel like it, go for it.

I don't follow him so no. His stories are hit-or-miss for me.
DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO IIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTT ...btw have you read malideus ... or the rise of darth vulcan
I never did get around to writing "Twilight Peachle eats Sparks." And I was going to answer the age-old question of how a pegasus kitchen works and everything...
In any case, I strongly encourage you to run with anything your muse offers. Don't look a gift horseword in the mouth and all.
I for one liked Spike Eats a Peach. Although that might not bode well for my taste in literature. Anyway, I encourage this line of thinking.

Sadly, many people think a story can be good with a good idea/basis, but without a good shape. It tends to happen with trends.

That's why I haven't gone ahead and done anything with this latest trend yet. I haven't found anything to give a good shape to a story like this. At least not yet.
Hey, I liked your peach story
