I remember when I started out, having no sleep and keeping awake by listening to music and reading here several months ago. The first two chapters had a great start, but... when I look at the last chapter, it's disappointing.
I wanted all my chapters to have at least 1000 words, but... the more I think about it, the more I wanna do it. The more I do it, the more the quality deteriorates. And this is still the start of the story, too. *sigh* But I don't wanna cancel Lunar Sage. It still has potential.
The reason I wanted to publish a story like this is because I was borderline-obsessed with writing fanfiction. Sometimes, when I am focused on something I love, I find myself fixated on that something. As always, the silence is killing me.
"At least it's better than the old fics I wrote, right?" Yeah, it is. I'm improving with character development, consistency, story development and dialogue. At a later chapter, I'm torn between making a romance arc and focusing on Kogemori's past. But... I can't focus on the past too much. I... I have to do something to keep the ball rolling.
