    Virus 2020

I do hope everyone is staying safe and sane. This Covid crap has crippled a lot of businesses and many economies will be suffering for a while.
Just keep your head up and don't panic. There is life after this madness.
    Be well.

    What is to come.

Taking into account feedback and my own thoughts on the matter, here is currently my plan moving forward. Subject to change if necessary.
    1) An epilogue chapter will be done to cap the current main story into Book 1. This will not end the main storyline, only to leave a solid stopping point for the next part of the story.

I am not dead yet. Really, I'm feeling better.

If you get the quote, you get a gold star or a cookie or a gold cookie? I dunno, better than coconuts I guess.
So, long story short, life can be a brutal, brutal thing. And while I may not have it nearly as bad as others, it's rough to shoulder things on your own.

    Horse Noises

    *Horse Noises*
    *Horse Gestures*
    *Frustrated Horse Noises*
    *Horse Head Bobbing*
    *Horse Tailflick*
    *Finishing Horse Noises*

And for those of you who do not speak Equestrian, I guess I'll translate.
While the world has not fallen upon my head, spare time has been a bit tougher to come by.

A call-out for an early chapter editor · 2:10pm Feb 7th, 2014

Hello my dear To Love the Moon readers.
It has been pointed out many times by new readers that there are grammatical errors and such throughout the first 47 or so chapters. While many have been caught over time, the chapters have never officially been looked over by an editor. Thankfully, the more recent chapters are almost error free thanks to Idylia's great editing work. However, he has his hooves full just keeping up with the new content I'm sending to him every week. You can give him a bro-hoof for taking the time to go over the large weekly chapters. Seriously, you ponies have gotten a LOT of new content in the last few weeks.

That said, every time a new chapter is published, new readers check out the story and I fear I have driven some away with my so-so editing work. I want to fix this.

So, this is a request for an editor to work with me in getting the early chapters cleaned up. I have two requirements:
First, you must be able to use .doc or .odt files and know how to edit in a different color text so I can see what you changed.
Second, you must have solid knowledge of Elizabethan speech. This is so I can clean up the thee/thou issues with Luna.

If you think you can handle the task, please message me. Any chapter you edit, I will credit you in the author notes.
I just want to provide a quality reading experience for new readers and those whom decide to re-read the tale again.
Thank you.

I'd be willing to do it.

if you have a .doc of chapter 1, i'll definitely at least do that one. I'm still on board to get some done, but if some other capable hands or similarly-affixed horse appendages can be found I am definitely not adverse to that.

I'm still anticipating hearing your thoughts on reading one of the things I wrote, though--not that that's kept me from wanting to start on your earlier chapters (any more than school and life and sleep have), but yeah.

Thanks for all your hard work thus far, Idylia. I'm just trying to spread the work-load out a bit. You have school and such to juggle, so just having you take time to work with me on the new chapters is a huge thing. The readers all seem to enjoy the higher level of quality since you started.

I'll happily give some of your work a read and a review.

OUt of curiosity--why not use Googledocs? No like judgement, just kind of curious

I tried googledocs once upon a time, but... there were some issues. Mostly dealing with Google+ and maintaining multiple files of the same chapter with different edits.

I can do it, slowly. Honestly, just throw me an email with a chapter, tell me what exactly you are looking for, how you want me to format my edits, and the deadline for handing it in.

The only problem I would have doing this, is I have an erratic schedule do to being in the military. To ammend this, I will email you with any problems I have with deadlines.

I also have skype. (goldenarbiter@gmail.com, 2 skype accounts associated with gmail. Choose goldenarbiter.)

Looks like Jakethearmyguy is gonna give it a go. But thank you for the offer.

1807967 Well, if you need anyone else, just give me a shout. I may not always be available, but I am a very loyal person. If you need it done, it will be done

I would be willing to offer my help if you need it Indigo. I know you got Jake but if you decide that more help is needed toss me a message and I will get back to you. Still enjoying this story btw so keep up the good work!
