I've never seen a place that's quite like this. Everything is turned around; this crazy world is upside down.

An Agenda · 7:21am Feb 5th, 2014

Howdy, y'all.

I have a lot of ideas for stories festering in my head—and they've been festering for longer than I care to admit. And on top of those ideas for new stories, I still have quite a number of unfinished stories on the site, and I'd honestly really love to finish each and every one of those. Therein lies a problem, though: I'm so encumbered by my own thoughts and guilt for not having finished stories that I can't commit to any one project for any length of time without getting distracted.

So I've devised a plan, and I can only hope it works. I've created an agenda for myself to follow in the coming… uh… however long it takes to work through it. I've promised myself that I'm not allowed to work on any other stories until I've finished the one before it in the agenda. Whenever something has hard rules applied to it, my mind generally won't disobey those rules. I pray that principle is enough to make me stick to my agenda—I also want to be a more committed individual all-around as part of my 2014 resolutions.

I'm going to post my agenda here for anyone to view. This'll help in two ways: one, you'll all get an idea of what to expect and when to expect it; and two, you can harass me if I take too much time in getting to something on the agenda or if I work through the thing in the wrong order. Plus it'll give you the working titles of some of the stories I'm writing, so hopefully that's a little exciting in its own right.

Or maybe no one will care about this and I'll just be posting this for my own self-affirmation. Either or.

Without further adieu, here's my writing agenda:

- Finish writing A Draconequus' Guide to Immortality.
- Finish writing A Sunset to Remember.
- Finish writing Stop the Presses!.
- Go back and clean up the published parts of To Weep for Family. Then finish writing it.
- Go back and clean up the published part of Like Sister, Like Sister. Then finish writing it.
- Go back and clean up the published part of Promise of a Better Tomorrow. Then finish writing it.
- Reinstate the Twilight Sparkle's Princess for a Day Initiative project.
- Finish writing Generosity's Greatest Gift.
- Finish writing Identity; or, Silence Across Equestria.
- Finish writing Lunar Leviathan.
- Finish writing Spike Accidentally Saves Equestria with a Feather Duster.
- Finish writing __ Days of Darkness.
- Finish writing Sweet and Discreet.
- Finish writing Fluttershy.
- Finish writing It All Makes Sense at the End.
- Finish writing The Pony Whom Destiny Forgot.
- Finish writing Hellbent.

Lord knows how long this agenda will take me to complete, but I suppose it'll cut down on the overall time by stopping me from working on too many things at once. Knowing me, though, I'll probably wind up rearranging these to my liking as my writing mood changes. Locking creativity into a completely rigid form is a recipe for disaster, after all.

So here's hoping I can stick to this. Wish me luck, and expect to see A Sunset to Remember popping up fairly soon.

Keep on keeping on,
- Argon
