The Royal Guard

So as any of you that frequent this sight would know, there was a site feed about a certain group that's starting up. Though initial response wasn't without apprehension, most commenters were rather positive about the idea, and the project has gone full swing as of 30 minutes ago. I'm happy to see this site finally get its own spotlighting feature (that works). I'm also happy to say that I am a part of this endeavor and can't wait to see it lead the overall trend in fanfiction in the direction it deserves (aka: not feature-box gaming and lowest common denominator gimmicks).

All stories are welcome for submission. Just remember this is a group dedicated to the best, so polish those puppies up before tossing 'em our way. It's meant to be a goal to strive for, however, not a barrier, and we are more than happy to direct you to appropriate help if your story doesn't make the cut. (Note: this is not a review group, so don't expect us to take stories on with that purpose.) There are many resources available both here on this site and in our group's omnibus. Below are the rules for submission and some helpful links to get started.

DA RULES:
—No [Mature] stories. Sorry, but it’s not up to us. Adsense doesn’t like clop or the like, so we can’t advertise it on siteposts.
—You’re permitted one story submission every week (i.e. every seven days). This is just to make sure that we don’t get flooded with a ridiculous amount of fics, especially during opening week. Any stories submitted after the author has already submitted one that week will be automatically marked as duplicates in the queue and deleted.
—FimFiction stories only. Sorry, GDoc/dA folks.
