Bold title I'm sure some are guessing, but hear me out and ponder this, if you have not already.
After seeing yesterday's episode, I can guess where things are heading. The Tree of Harmony required the Elements of Harmony to defeat Discord's vines and free the magical ley lines that it held captive. In return Twilight and her friends were given a box that requires six keys to unlock.
My prediction is that each character will learn lessons reminscient of Season One that will focus on their Element.
Rarity learned that though it is kind to be generous to others, that it is also wise to take it in stride for there are those who would and have taken advantage of those in her position.
Rainbow Dash learned yesterday that being loyal to one's friends is more important then being on a winning team no matter how great the prize may be.
What does this have to do with the box you ask me?

Rainbow Dash's Wonderbolts badge that flashed "rainbow" colors at the end of yesterday's episode.
Rarity and Rainbow Dash have two of the six "keys" for the box.
The other Bearers will learn new lessons surrounding their Element and in return, receive a "key" for the box. The end of Season Four will probably focus on Twilight either by some new villain we've yet to encounter or one from the past making a comeback. She will obtain the last "key" which will unlock said box and they will receive items akin to the Elements themselves or something close.
Again, this is just a prediction I've thought about and it could change. But if its true, I say we are in for a most interesting season 4.
In all likelihood this is accurate, but it would be cool if they went in a completely different (though no less awesome) direction just to pull a fast one.
