Welp! It's time to make my bi-yearly blog post again. First of all, let me say that it has been a pretty exciting year, and it's truly an honor to have experienced it with you all. Thank you for being such an awesome company! Now what is a little festive cheer without a little spirit of giving? 
First of all, for anyone who has a commission agreement with me, you'll probably be glad to know that I will now not hold you for payment. That means that any commissions in progress are now essentially free! This is just a thanks for believing in my art is worth that much to you, and as an apologies for me taking such a long time with them. Take a look at this handy list and check for your commission. If it doesn't list you, and I've agreed to take your commission, please contact me about it and I'll add you to the list.
As for the rest, I have a little something for yah as well! Over the years, I have brought plenty of games (mostly from HIB's and Steam Sales) that I doesn't really have a use for anymore. So, if you have a Steam account, then I have a bunch of keys that might perk your fancy. Here's a list of what I have at the time of this writing:

Sadly, Steam is not working on my current computer. Which makes me sad.
However, I would like to have more of your fabulous art adorning my stories. Because really, no one I've seen or talked with was a good and nice as you.

Rainbow Dash is best pony, just because, well yes. She's awesome. Though I have been seriously disliking her character in season 4. They play her off as stupid. Rarity was absolutely amazing in the latest episode, and even though I tend to swing towards her, Dash is still in my heart since season one.

For me it's a toss up between Magicka and Terraria... I guess I'll go with Terraria since you can still play single player (thought from what I've read it's infinitely better when you play with friends).
As for favorite pony. If you really twist my arm I guess I'd say Rarity.There's nothing quite like those over dramatics that can put a smile on my face. Plus there have also been some great heartwarming episodes with her as well, so that's always a plus.

I thank you, guy, for what you're doing. Even though you haven't done anything for me, it makes me smile. I it makes me smile to see that you're devoting your time to give games and art to others. Other than that, I too will ask for something if you're willing to do it.
I don't need any games seeing that I already have enough. So I'll ask for art instead. Seeing that I'm going to be asking for a cover image for a story. The art I'm asking for is for my story The Butler, even though it's a human story (and I know how much you disprove of drawing them trust me I read your old blog post) the image I'm asking for involves no such thing.

Also, if you wish to request art, then you can put your request through the normal channels. If I find it fun or interesting to do, then there's very little chance that I'll reject it.
As for Rainbow Dash, very nice choice! Perhaps the parts where there they played up her not-so-smartness might be a bit much, but I do find that kinda endearing. Or maybe it's because I've watched too much Rainbow Dash Presents.

Heh, love Rarity's antics! She certainly does one of the best acting/over-acting of all of them, and that's why she's also one of my favorite ponies as well (there's also the fact that she's more or less an artist, which may have a factor in that).

Yep, it's all in the delivery. And Tabitha is certainly one heck of an awesome voice actor. She voices somewhat around half the cast (and Luna!), which is what I'd say quite an impressive range!

Actually, the reason that I don't draw for human-ish stories is that most of them seems to be kinda wish fulfillment (especially Brony-in-Equestia's, and there's a LOT of them!), and that's just there to cut down on those kinds of requests since I really dislike writing up rejection letters (same with OCs).
I have no problem drawing humans, and your story does seem to have an interesting premise. If you can spare the details on what you'd liker for the cover, I can get back to you on my decision.

Why thank you, I'll give you the quick and easy idea on what I had in mind.
The main character is in the center of the image, but he is ponified. (He's not really ponified in the story and I can't really explain it now. Since this is brief.) Quick details, Lee (His name) is sitting on his haunches (that word always sounded weird to me.) and is wearing a nice suit. He is a light brown unicorn with light blue eyes and has a darkish brown mane maybe even close to black whatever looks good to you.
Holding out his right (your left) hoof is a silver platter (closed or not your choice) behind him there's a wall with a shadow. A shadow of a man doing the same gesture. On the top right corner of the image is a profile view of Celestia head slightly tilted downwards with a stern look, on the top left is a similar view of Luna but with a more guilty or sad look
And of course below it all it has the title, with mine and your name (if you choose) and below that it says "Without a Family, Man, Alone in the World, Trembles with the Cold. – Andre Maurois."

So much for brief. I'm sorry, I have more ideas but this is the best I could shorten it to.

Can you describe the mood of the picture? Right now I'm imagining Lee to have a rather neutral expression that a professional butler should have. And should the emphasis be on the pony or the shadow? Also, what's the hair/mane-style?
