Hey guys!
I guess it's been a while since I gave you guys an update, hm? It's because I'm really busy doing all sorts of stuff. I managed to get my D&D group started up again, I've got a crapton of new, amazing games, and best of all, I've got my pet ferret!
Lookithim! He's such a cutie. His name is Will, like the name of Derpy's ferret in MLC's second episode. Defictionalization, yay! He's such a sweet guy. When he's in his roomy cage, he's calm and well-behaved, simply sniffing at all fingers put through the bars, but when he's outside of his cage, he becomes a mischievous, energetic little guy who runs/hobbles everywhere. He's really fond of our christmas tree, constantly climbing into the container-thingy it stands in. And then he starts constantly sneezing. Everyone loves him, because he's not only cute, but really funny and nice as well. I only need to teach him that it's not okay to poop outside of his cage... But hey, it looks really funny when he climbs into a shoe and only his butt is sticking out.
Taking care of him takes quite a bit of attention for the first few weeks, because I have to check if he's adjusting well. Luckily, he sleeps a lot. But when he's sleeping, I'm completely addicted to Bravely Default. It's an absolutely amazing game! A nice little RPG that combines old-school Final Fantasy with more modern ideas, with a well-written, if a little cliché story, funny, realistic, well-voiced characters and amazing, cutesy graphics to boot. It's got some amazing music as well, easily ranking up on top of my list. I mean, just listen to some of this stuff! If you like Japanese RPGs, especially the older Final Fantasy games (like, pre-6), you should definitely give this one a try.
So yeah, writing hasn't gone all that swiftly yet. I'm about a quarter done with the next chapter, though, so at least progress hasn't fallen flat on its face.
I want a ferret, but we can't have one because of these two..

Descented, I presume? Had a friend with a pair of ferrets in his dorm room. Small space + ferrets = watering eyes.
Good luck with everything. Not the biggest fan of ferrets but their alright.
He sounds like a lot of fun for you and ferrets are really cute.

It's not my hand, it's my brother's. And no, it isn't nail polish, he just has a brown mark under his nail due to scarring.
You play D&D? Thats awesome I have all the 4E books but can't find a group to play with (I would much rather be a player than a DM). Anyways cute ferret hope to hear from you again soon.
Be careful. Ferrets will get into any and every nook and cranny they can find. And I'm not talking about just furniture... if they get the chance, they WILL get into the walls.
Watch him like a hawk. Just don't eat him like one.
In fact, don't eat him at all.

I know, that's why I'm keeping a close eye on him when he's walking around, but there aren't any spots around the house he can crawl into. Also I was not planning on eating him but thanks for reminding me.
