Now that finals season is over and I'm preparing to leave on vacation, I'll have some time and presence of mind to actually work on things, provided I schedule properly. The following are on the docket for the next two weeks:
Equestrian Horizon Chapter 4. The Timberwolves receive a distress signal during their training run. The only fliers in range to respond, Thunderlane's first flight with VFA-108 turns out to be his first taste of combat. Meanwhile Firefly's internal struggles manifest themselves in the heat of battle. Chapter is slated for completion by January 11, 2014 before school goes insane again.
Para bellum. I will be revisiting this project using the experience gained from NaNoWriMo last year and Equestrian Horizon this past year. I plan on constructing a much more robust storyboard before I begin writing so that the story will have a better sense of setting and direction.
In Progress. I'm in the process of cleaning up the current draft of Equestrian Horizon with feedback from EQD. Also debating whether or not to rebrand the story as Ace Combat: Equestrian Horizon to better advertise its crossover nature.
