    Glowmelon edits

Finally got around to addressing all/the majority of the comma problems in the fic that dealt with quoted dialogue and direct addresses. Could have sworn I already fixed those issues before, but oh well! The edits didn't take long to make, so I felt it was worth my time. Especially since I'll hopefully have the first chapter of the sequel out before the end of the year...

    Surprise Release, "Lyra's Silly Dream"!

Just a couple blog posts ago, I said I probably wasn't going to upload my Subordinate Six "Lyra's Dream" story. Well, I certainly flip-flopped on that! I wanted to write more about dreams this week, but instead of starting a whole new story, I decided to expand "Lyra's Dream" into "Lyra's Silly Dream". I easily doubled the length, using my own experience with lucid dreaming and a few outside

"Dine and Derp" has been released!

Sorry that it probably wasn't worth the wait, but the first short story set in The Subordinate Six universe is now out. This story was nearly finished for almost a year, but kept getting put on the backburner due to jobs, college, and other miscellanea. I still think it's a dang funny story though, so of course I'm gonna recommend you read it, especially if you read "The Ensemble" in the past.

    Explanation for lack of stories

As of my last blog post, college is in full swing. You might have an inkling as to why I haven't updated here in a while. ;)

New Story, and Announcements · 8:05pm Dec 18th, 2013

Wow, this comic was just uploaded yesterday, a little after I finished writing my new story. Spookily relevant!

Hello, everyone. And by “everyone” I probably mean 1) no one, or 2) anyone who has come here fresh off the heels of my newest story, “The Cutie Mark Crusaders Nuke Ponyville”. I'm pretty sure anyone who has read my older stories has gotten sick of my non-existent upload schedule and moved on to greener pastures at this point, so they won't be reading this, and I don't even have to apologize for the wait! Sweet.

(Does anyone know how to make a Read More link on this damn site? I can't figure it out.)

If you get the time, check out some of my slightly older, longer fics. "The Glowmelon Mystery" is a show-style fanfic that got me onto EQD, and "The Subordinate Six" is an ongoing series of fanfics based around Lyra, Bon Bon, Derpy, Vinyl, Octavia, and Trixie all hanging out in Las Pegasus. Both are better than my CMC story, but hey, sometimes I just need to write about fillies who watch the world burn.

On the subject of other announcements, I have changed the title of “The Subordinate Six” to “The Subordinate Six: The Ensemble”, and marked the story as complete. *I am currently going through it today, fixing dialogue punctuation mostly, and every other lingering complaint I and others have had with the fic. This will likely be the last time I ever touch the story, unless it is for very specific typos and grammatical errors. In the time since I wrote that fic, I complete TWO other fanfics set in the same universe, with the same characters, and I didn't release them because I wanted to make The Ensemble perfect first. Well it ain't ever gonna be perfect, and I've held back two funny stories for far too long.

So be on the lookout in the next two weeks for at least two more stories, “SubSixShort: Dine and Derp” and “SubSixShort: Lyra's Dream”. And hopefully, I'll have more stories to follow. I have plenty of ideas that I've been hesitant to start on, but I realize now that there is no reason for me to hold back.

*Update: I have complete the edits. Ended up changing quite a bit more than I expected. Reading the last chapter again is recommended, but not necessary.
